What Is Infini RF Microneedling?
INFINI™ is a RF microneedling device that helps with fine lines, enlarged pores, wrinkles, acne scars, skin tightening and stretch marks. INFINI encourages collagen growth and tissue tightening precisely at predetermined depths in the skin. The result is a little to no downtime, and a nearly painless procedure that can greatly improve wrinkling, scars, and skin laxity.v
How it works?
Radio Frequency (RF) microneedling devices use specially insulated needles that deliver high-intensity radio frequency energy into the targeted tissue once the needles have broken through the skin. This gives a uniform warming effect to the deep tissue, which helps to stimulate new collagen fibers to grow, leading to significant improvement to skin quality and texture.
The Lutronic INFINI™ works by emitting thermal energy deep into your skin tissue. The High-Intensity Radio-frequency technology stimulates the collagen production response in your body to give your skin a youthful, refreshed glow.

What areas of the body can be treated with the INFINI™?
While the face is area most frequently treated by INFINI™, it also works to correct “crepiness” of neck skin and wrinkling below the neck caused by aging, overexposure to sunlight and tanning beds.
Is microneedling painful?
Not at all! Skinspire Laser&Skin Clinic specialist will apply a numbing agent to the area to be treated so that you will not experience anything but a very mild stinging sensation as RF energy is pulsed into your dermis.
How long does the treatment take?
Typically it can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour with you depending on the treatment area.
Skinspire Laser&Skin Clinic providers will discuss your cosmetic goals with you to determine the number of treatments that you will likely need to achieve your desired results.
What is the recovery time?
Depending on the condition being treated and the intensity of your treatment recovery time will vary from 2 to 10 days. You can expect the area to become red and some bruising may occur. Often a pattern of small squares will be seen at the treatment site. Keep the area clean and apply Aquaphor or other healing ointments that we prescribed at least twice daily. Keep the areas well protected from the sun with SPF 30 or greater sunblock.
How long the results will last?
Depending upon the severity and the condition being treated a series of 2 to 4 treatments may be recommended at intervals of 2 to 3 months. Results for acne and scar treatment are often permanent while maintenance treatments such as mild tightening and wrinkle treatments need to be repeated once every year or two in order to maintain results.
